IPEC Metrology

The ultra-fine surface analysis of the 300mm silicon wafer was solved by IPEC Precision. DaW worked closely with them to build several large-scale metrology products, which housed sophisticated optics, scanning armatures and robotic handling with high throughput. ISO standards and Cleanroom Class I were some of the challenges faced in building these extraordinary products.
